I’ve fantasized about traveling the world for as long as I can remember. But my wanderlust bloomed in earnest a decade ago when I toured Europe and my feet haven’t stopped itching for new adventures since I filmed Pearson’s cross-country bike trip five years ago.
So, four months ago Pearson and I packed up our apartment in New York, put everything in storage, and set out to destinations unknown.
And I’m documenting our wanderings because well… it’s a compulsion.

It seems that every time we hit the road we’re traveling to somewhere specific, destination focused. If riding a bicycle has taught me anything it’s about the journey, the ride. In essence, that is into-our-element. The traveling. I am drawn to what’s further on up the road and don’t care if I ever really get there.
